The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent
Direct Cremation Care Package: $895.00
The following services/merchandise are included
Basic Services of Licensed Funeral Director:
· Availability of licensed staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
· Transportation of deceased within service area (bringing your loved one into our care).
· Procuring attending physician/coroner authentication for Certificate of Death.
· Processing and filing of Permits and Certificate of Death.
· Standard Cremation Container (alternative cremation container used for cremation).
· Standard Cremation (standard cremation is based on deceased being under 250 lbs).
· Release of Cremated Remains in temporary urn at Peaceful Reflections office.

Express Cremation (ready for pick-up at Peaceful Reflections within 48 hrs of obtaining permit) $ 250.00
Pacemaker removal (crematory safety issue) $ 75.00
Dressing of the decedent with clothing provided by family and basic setting of facial features $ 100.00
Transfer of Deceased (To place of autopsy, or other service and return to funeral home) $ 300.00
Special Care for contagious or autopsied remains for simple viewing or witness cremation $ 195.00
Insurance Assignments & Third Party Billing (Administrative Fee) $ 175.00

Payment Policy: To continue to offer our low cost service, we require payment in full at the time service is arranged. Peaceful Reflections accepts Cash, Checks (drawn on local banks), Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa & Master Card.
